We ship out cap and gown sets based on current sizes in stock and by the earliest order date. Orders placed and paid for in the fall will generally ship out at the beginning of December. Sometimes we may run out of a common size during this time period, but rest assured every year our spring cap and gown shipment arrives from the factory in the early part of March. At which point any outstanding orders will be filled ASAP.

No matter what happens during the school year, we are always able to gaurantee that every order will be filled before graduation day and every student is able to walk at graduation dressed for the occasion.

This can happen for one of several reasons. Just give us a call and we can figure out what the status of your order is and when to expect it.
